Ordering Information
Pet portraits are done from the photos of your pet that you send me. The
clearer the photos to choose from the better. The higher the photo quality
the better the portrait. While the pose will be selected from one photo,
that particular photo may not be the best for representing color.
Photos should be in focus with the subject occupying the majority of the
photograph. Individual photos for group portraits are generally preferred.
Photos may be emailed or snail mailed. Snail mailed photos will be returned
with the portrait.
In starting your journey to a finished portrait consider the size and
configurations below. If you have an idea of the type of background you
would like, please send me a brief description.

Prices do not include taxes, insurance, shipping or handling costs. Items
will not be shipped through the US Postal Service.
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required when I accept your commission.
Payments may be made through Paypal, check or money order. Work will not
begin until payment has cleared the bank. Similarly shipment of the finished
portrait will not occur until payment in full (including taxes, insurance,
shipping and handling) has been made and clears the bank.
Turn around time once work begins is generally 2-3 months but the time of
year and number of commissions will affect that status. Please let me know
if you need the item for a special occasion and I will try to work it into
my schedule. When the portrait is finished I will send you a digital photo
of the portrait. If you accept the finished portrait, notify me within and
pay the balance of the of the charges.
All copyright in the glass art is held by me and may not be reproduced in
any manner without my permission. The photographer of the photos we work
from are retained by the photographer. If you are not the photographer, you
will need to get permission from the photographer for the photo to be used
for this purpose. I reserve the right to use any and all copies for any
business purpose, including but not limited to, display on this web site.
Care of Glass Art
Paintings: Unless otherwise specified, the glass paintings should be dusted
with a dry cloth or hand washed with a mild dish washing liquid detergent
only if necessary to keep it looking its best. Chemicals and abrasive
materials can destroy or remove the paint.
Etched Mirrors: Glass cleaner may be used to clean etched mirrors.
With any glass, please do not use abrasive materials.
